While it might not be in front of the sea, Wharf Oyster Bar & Grill’s location at Robertson Quay sit nicely along the scene Singapore River and its alfresco dining setting makes for the perfect setting to tuck into some freshly shucked oysters. On the menu are also a wide selection of fresh seafood and grilled meats – think maguro sashimi, clam chowders, steak, lamb racks, burgers, et al – plus hearty pasta and paella options for the carbo-fiends. Drinks run the gamut of wine and cocktails, a variety of mojitos and sangrias, sake and shochu. But of particular note here is their selection of craft beers.
