Just when you thought Punggol was dying down, there’s yet another riverside cafe to spruce things up. There’s tons of lush and untouched greenery and the wooden decks with garden furniture make you feel like you’re far, far away from Singapore. On offer is an array of breakfast items and mains like pulled pork tacos and seabass en papillote. There are also pastas like crabmeat linguine and vongole, pizzas and bar bites. Hard drives include ciders, beers and wines, but there’s also a selection of juices and milkshakes, too.
