7 markets in September to look forward to

We’re not seeing a slow-down of festivals and fleas this September, so get cash-ready or for one event only—clothes-ready. Find regularly-scheduled vintage fleas and farmers markets to fill the weekends, and a block party by Foodpanda for foodies, that will soon arrive at Amoy Street this coming Sunday.

Bites & Vibes (Sep 1)

For the second year running, Foodpanda is set to deliver a line-up of food and tipples at Bites & Vibes 2019, happening at none other than the food-laden Amoy Street. The festival will be dishing out eats from Mexican spit-roasted chicken joint Chico Loco, fresh gourmet cafe fare from Sarnies, quirky Japanese-Peranakan dishes of Babasan (previously Uncle Kiisu) and more. Stay hydrated with bottles of Tiger and Heineken, or if you’re there for something punchier, head straight for the gins at William Grant & Sons.
