Disney on Ice returns this March with new princesses like Moana and Elsa

Disney on Ice brings back fond memories for many, and now, those who have been keen fans can once again catch the touring ice show as it will be returning to the Singapore Indoor Stadium this Mar 12-22 to deliver yet another spectacular performance with Disney: Live Your Dreams.

Tearing up the ice rink is Mickey and gang, comprising a mix of new and long-time Disney characters. While there has been some debate over the royalty status of Moana, we say being a Polynesian village chief’s daughter definitely counts. Either way, she will take the stage alongside demigod Maui as they head on a quest to save her island and find her identity.

Also having an adventure of their own by going on a life-changing journey to halt an eternal winter are princesses/queens Anna and Elsa. Plus, hair-lovin’ Rapunzel will also take the ice floor alongside the new-gen princesses by making plenty of appearances.

But it won’t feel like a Disney on Ice show without some representatives of the Elite 8; Belle and Cinderella will (thankfully) be making their return, with their betrothed. And finally, dishing out melodic tunes will be Miguel from Disney and Pixar’s Coco.

So like we said, it’s not all new-gen. In fact, the ‘90s kids should show up and enjoy this one. ‘Cause while it’s Live Your Dreams for the younger folks, it’s definitely a Re-Live Your Dreams for the rest of us.

Catch Disney on Ice: Live Your Dreams at the Singapore Indoor Stadium this Mar 12-22. More information available here.
