Oenophiles and raving alcoholics alike, here’s another major wine festival hitting us this November in case you need to recover from the unadulterated vino bash that is the Singapore Wine Fiesta. Come Nov 24-25, Pinot Palooza will be back in Singapore for your drinking pleasure, following its 2017 sold-out debut.
Held at TheatreWorks on Mohamed Sultan Road this year, this upsized edition of Pinot Palooza will showcase over 40 of the hottest wineries from Australia, New Zealand, France, Italy, the US, and more. With over a hundred of the best Pinot Noirs available for tasting at the festival, pinotphiles can sample and sniff through a repertoire of styles to explore wines while discovering new varietals. Festival-goers are also welcome to drop by Bar Vermouth for cocktails, run by EC Proof. Or just hit up wine consultants who will be on-site for a chat to know more about the vintages.
As a thoughtful addition to the debauchery, purveyors of good eats Meat Smith will be returning to dish out grub that’re perfect wine accompaniments. Also present are guest DJs who will be belting out live tunes to keep the vibe as it should be: no-frills, fun and upbeat.
Pinot Palooza Singapore takes place 1pm-6pm, Nov 24-25 at TheatreWorks. Tickets cost $60 inclusive of wine tastings and a crystal wine glass you can take home.
