Spooky season has arrived, and scare-seekers who’ve sorely missed traversing creepy haunted houses will be in for a treat this October. ‘Cause although major Halloween parties and events aren’t taking place, a very special theatrical gameplay will be happening to thrill locals instead.
Just brace yourself for the all-new Murder at Old Changi Hospital, an interactive escape room experience that invites audiences to solve a frightening murder mystery at Singapore’s most haunted hospital. Since it isn’t quite advisable to head down, you’ll be able to join the affair virtually, where augmented reality technology will be combined with surround sound and spatial audio to recreate the sinister site online.
Be prepared for a larger-than-life experience, since 360-degree video footage and flashbacks will be displayed on-screen to thoroughly immerse players.
Now for the plot, which may be expected but no less eerie nor exciting: audience members are tasked by a fellow paranormal investigator to uncover the events leading up to the alleged murder of a young canteen worker, and the disappearance of four Commandos associated with the victim in 1996.
Written by award-winning playwright Chong Tze Chien, this is the highly-anticipated sequel finale to Sight Lines Entertainment’s Murder At… trilogy.
So don’t miss the opportunity to be completely spooked out this Halloween season; better yet, gather the gang and identify the culprit correctly to stand a chance at winning the grand prize: a luxurious 2D1N stay in the lavish Shangri-La Singapore.
