Catch the Goo Goo Dolls, BoA, Hebe Tien and more at this all-new music festival in May

There’s only slightly over a month left to go till One Love Asia Festival debuts in Singapore, an all-new music and lifestyle festival that’s set to bring some of the biggest names in mandopop and even American rock to our shores.

Slated to happen May 1-2 at the Bayfront Event Space, expect to see a solid mix of international singers and bands, such as “Queen of K-pop” BoA; Thai bands Potato and Klear; American boy Greyson Chance; as well as the Goo Goo Dolls, most famous for their hits “Iris” and “Slide”, on day one.

Meanwhile, day two will see mostly mandopop artistes, as Taiwanese singers such as Jolin Tsai, Show Lo and Hebe Tien are performing alongside Chinese crooner Joker Xue and local icons Stefanie Sun and Tanya Chua.

But apart from the confirmed headliners and venue, the event organisers have yet to release further details, all while promising the availability of food, drinks and other activities on festival grounds.

The management has also taken to Facebook to address the coronavirus pandamic, stating that the show will go on, which we sure hope it does.

In fact, One Love Asia Festival has long announced its plans to head to Osaka, Japan, after premiering in Singapore. We’ll see how that goes. Either way, you may want to get your tickets soon; only day one tickets remain.

One Love Asia Festival will be held at Bayfront Event Space on May 1-2. More information available here.
