Singapore’s getting another brand new attraction, and this time, it is located on none other than Sentosa island.
Opening ahead of schedule on Dec 15, SkyHelix Sentosa is set to be Singapore’s highest open-air panoramic ride and the first carbon-neutral attraction on Sentosa.
Situated at the Imbiah Lookout zone, the vertical 40m helix-like structure is a short stroll away from Singapore Cable Car’s Sentosa station.
There, the breezy gondola ride will take guests 35m above ground by gently rotating along its vertical construction, for all to enjoy unparalleled, 360-degree views of Sentosa and the developing Greater Southern Waterfront while dangling their feet in the air—cool drink in hand. The ride’s apex is 79m above sea level, making it one of the highest vantage points on Sentosa.
Furthermore, the beauty of SkyHelix Sentosa transforms from day to night. Following sundown, LED lights will illuminate the attraction, making it a stunning addition to our local skyline.
So take this opportunity to visit the sparkling new ride during the upcoming holiday season, before all the tourists come a-flocking.
