Free-lovin party people Fat Fish Familia returns with its next art, fashion and music bash Strawberry Space, and this time, expect an open-air revelry at Wave House Sentosa.
For this fifth edition, house music devotees will be pleased to know that legendary Parisian electronica producer Dimitri From Paris has been given the honours to headline the event. Dubbed the French ambassador of stylish sounds, Dimitri’s musical influences are deeply rooted in the ’70s funk and disco genre which pioneered today’s house music.
Look forward to soul-rocking spins and the occasional ’50s and ’60s cult movie soundtracks to be thrown into the mix. The supporting line-up of DJs will undoubtedly keep the crowd on their feet as Singapore-based DJs, Fat Fish Familia’s Orio, Ricco and JustMack as well as Ice Cream Sundays’ Toppings, Bongomann and Muto Masashi will be joining the party’s entertainment crew.
Besides the groovy tunes, live and interactive art will complement the atmosphere with stunning visuals. Pop-up stores offering beverages, eats and engaging activities will light the party up as well. Together with non-profit organisation Paddle For The Planet, Fat Fish Familia will ensure a plastic cup and straw-free event, so as to raise awareness for marine conservation.
All Strawberry Space partygoers who have purchased their tickets prior to the event will be entitled to a special edition reusable cup that can be used throughout the night, so you can sip the night away, guilt-free.
