Get ready to “bring the fire” to Orchard Road from Jul 7 to 16, because the Lego BTS Dynamite experience is here.
Brought to you by the Lego Group, in partnership with Singapore Tourism Board and Orchard Road Business Association, the experience will immerse visitors in a Dynamite town with plenty of photo opportunities and interactive activities.
Visit the 39-metre pop-up located in the heart of town, right in front of Ngee Ann City. It is inspired by the Lego Ideas BTS Dynamite Set, which pays tribute to the global pop icons in a 749-piece Lego set that recreates iconic scenes from the “Dynamite” music video such as the vibrant donut shop, ice cream truck and record store.
There are three zones to explore. At the Lego BTS Big Builds Stage, take photos with the boy band, displayed as 1.2-metre figurines on stage. Their Lego minifigure forms, made with over 161,000 bricks, takes inspiration from them dancing at the basketball court in the music video.
At the Disco Retail Zone, visitors can check out the first-ever large-scale Lego BTS Diorama build that recalls scenes from “Dynamite”. They can Spot the Lego Balloons to win prizes, visit the interactive booth where they can crystallise their memories with instant physical prints, and buy Lego sets and bundles at promotional prices.
The Record Discovery Zone will get everyone grooving and dancing. Contribute to the Singapore Book of Records by adding a Lego Donut to the country’s largest Lego Donut Wall; build your “mini me” via minifigures at the play area; and have a dance-off by emulating the dance moves projected on the screen.
Collect stamps upon completion of interactive activities across the different zones. With a total of three activity stamps, participants will score a chance to play the Lego Claw Machine where they can win special prizes.
