Feel, bond, play, eat and rest. From Jun 10 to Jul 19, Sentosa will be an island retreat for everyone seeking to personalise their wellness journey.
Organised by Sentosa Development Corporation (SDC), and in collaboration with the Wellness Festival Singapore, Zentosa LiveWELL Festival will offer a range of experiences all across Sentosa Island, with more than 250 activities across five holistic wellness pillars to empower guests to care for their mental health.
Start with PlayWell, where fitness and mindfulness come together in a curated selection of experiences. The festivities will kick off on Jun 10 with the ticketed 5km Discovery Walk, where guests can discover more about Sentosa’s coastal and natural history.
Flagging off the Discovery Walk is Korean mixed martial artist and judoka Choo Sung-hoon who recently appeared on the reality competition series, Physical: 100 (Sentosa Islander members can register for one of 100 slots for an exclusive meet-and-greet session with him).
Head to the Zentosa LiveWELL Festival Village, housed at Southside from Jun 10 to 25. It is set to be a great gathering place for health talks, music, and other activities before enjoying the other festival pillars.
One highlight is FeelWELL at Fort Siloso, a new mental and emotional wellness zone created by local artists, in collaboration with the National Arts Council and National Heritage Board. Immerse yourself in art installations from Kult Studio & Gallery such as “The Way to Wellness” which encourages inner peace and self-reflection, and poetry by Charlene Shepherdson.
BondWELL supports strengthening and reconnecting relationships. Recharge through the healing and sensorial qualities of the forest via the Therapeutic Forest Walk on the Imbiah Trail. A variety of family bonding packages will also be available at attractions such as Madame Tussauds Singapore, Scentopia, and SkyHelix Sentosa.
After a good workout, it’s time to EatWELL. At places like Rumours Beach Club, Siloso Beach Resort, Quayside Isle, and more, EatWELL invites you to consider healthier F&B options.
Then, RestWELL offers tips on how to rest mindfully. The wellness staycation programmes at Capella Singapore, Oasia Resort Sentosa, Resorts World Sentosa, Shangri-La Rasa Sentosa, Sofitel Singapore Sentosa Resort and Spa, and W Singapore – Sentosa Cove further demonstrate the holistic One Sentosa experience.
Activities and experiences at Zentosa LiveWELL Festival Village are priced at $10 or $15 per session. Tickets are on sale now. Members of Sentosa Islander enjoy 20 percent off their bookings.
