There’s nothing like kicking back and enjoying a pint of ice cold beer in our hot tropical weather.
For the ultimate experience, head to Brewnanza Fest by Singaporean craft brewery Brewlander. Happening from Aug 3 to 6 at Bayfront Event Space, get ready to savour over 100 unique craft beers from more than 20 of the most innovative local and international breweries from America, Asia, Australia, Europe and the United Kingdom.
The largest celebration of craft beer in Singapore will be a satisfying four-day extravaganza featuring a curated selection of unique beers and never-seen-before brews ranging from pale ales and IPAs to smoothie sours and funky farmhouse ales.
Explore and experiment with selections from Singapore’s very own Alive Brewing Co; Australia’s first Certified Sustainable Brewery, Rocky Ridge Brewing Co; Hong Kong brewery hEROES – known for their character-inspired beers; Scotland’s “mad scientists of craft beer”, Vault City Brewing; the UK’s Track Brewing Co., and more. Also joining the line-up of breweries are first timers DD4D from Japan, renowned UK craft brewery Cloudwater, and Trillium Brewing.
Amongst the special brews are a selection of limited-edition creations. We are looking forward to trying Alison, I’ll Drink Your Wine by Brewlander, a juicy England-style IPA with tropical flavours; Sourpocalypse by Brewlander x Vault City Brewing Co., inspired by our local mango-pomelo dessert; Don Jalapeño by DD4D for the fresh flavour of jalapeños and citrus aromas; and the first-of-its-kind Buah Keluak Imperial Stout by Alive Brewing, Pühaste and Hambaobao.
Beyond craft brews, expect delicious bites by restaurants such as The Kongsee, a Mod-Sin izakaya concept helmed by renowned chef-partner Willin Low; Shake Shack; and Jaguarita’s for Mexican-inspired comfort food.
And of course, what’s a festival experience without great music? Local artists take centre stage, with homegrown music and party collective Ice Cream Sundays dominating the DJ line-up on Thursday, Saturday, and Sunday.
On Sunday afternoon, rock out to bands like Bellied Star, Death Valley Community Club, Forest, and Mary Sue featuring fxrxzx. These bands under Sweetness Follows Records bring a myriad of genres to the stage, from punk rock, alternative and emo-math pop to indie-folk and R&B.
Day passes and all-access passes are priced between $30 to $88, and are now available for sale at www.hapz.com/festivals/brewnanza-fest-2023-tickets. Ticket holders will also enjoy exclusive access to week-long partner bar activations culminating in the weekend’s Brewnanza Fest.
