Wine festival Fruits of the Vine is set to return in Jan 2024 with over 100 prestigious brands and 400 labels to enrapture wine lovers after a successful inaugural edition earlier this year.
Wine Portal – a leading Singapore wine distributor bringing together some of the biggest names in winemaking across the globe – will host the event on Jan 27 at the recently opened The Singapore Edition (part of the global luxury lifestyle hotel brand Edition, known for its individually customised, one-of-a-kind hotels).
An extraordinary immersion into the world of wine awaits wine enthusiasts. Fruits of the Vine’s Grand Walkabout tasting offers attendees the opportunity to taste up to 200 different wine labels in individual tasting portions of approximately 30ml.
The VIP Grand Walkabout ticket holder will have the opportunity to sample more than 400 premium wines selected by winemakers who will be flying into Singapore. Brands include Château de Beaucastel, Château Cos d’Estournel, Frescobaldi, Giacomo Conterno, 00 Wines, and Tenuta San Guido.
There will also be themed wine masterclasses held at the hotel. These will be led by wine experts and award-winning sommeliers such as Chong Wai Keng, Thibault Jacquet, Alexander Van Beek, Mason Ng and Lucas Liu who will provide attendees with unique insights into the wine industry with topics such as Bordeaux Tapestry: Exploring Giscours and Cos d’Estournel Wines, Dom Perignon, Sine Qua Non Q.E.D., and The Incredible Grapes of the Screaming Eagle Family.
Fruits Of The Vine 2024’s VIP Grand Walkabout tickets are priced at $280 ($250 for early birds). Regular Grand Walkabout tickets cost $155 ($125 for early birds). Masterclasses are priced separately between $100 and $175 per session.
