Mar 20, 2024, is International Happiness Day, a day that celebrates the importance of happiness and well-being. and recognises all human beings have a right to be happy.
Marking the occasion is family entertainment centre Timezone Singapore. During its Month of Happiness celebrations throughout March, Timezone will offer a series of promotions and activities to spread happiness and create memorable moments for visitors.
Kick-starting the celebrations is the Happiness Carnival taking place from Mar 9 to 10 at Timezone Orchard Xchange. Over this weekend – which coincides with the start of school holidays – visitors can expect an exciting experience with fun games, food (think popcorn, ice cream and cotton candy), and mini competitions. To make sure no one misses out on their daily dose of happiness, there will be mini carnivals at different locations: Vivocity, Westgate and Parkway Parade (Mar 9 and 10); Jurong Point and Marina Square (Mar 16 and 17); Northpoint City and AMK Hub (Mar 23 and 24); and Orchard Exchange and Vivocity (Mar 30 and 31).
Fans of Kungfu Panda can meet Po (aka Dragon Warrior) on Mar 10 at Timezone Orchard Exchange, and take part in Kungfu Panda 4 Hunt on Mar 16. Embark on a quest to uncover hidden capsules scattered across all Timezone venues. Discover the secret message from Po himself and exchange it for a surprise gift.
There will also be exclusive promotions and prizes during the Month of Happiness. From Mar 10 to 17, Timezone Singapore will offer an entire week of Double Dollar Deals where guests can enjoy double credits.
Download the Timezone Fun app and try your hand at the Happiness Tile Game. Make a minimum reload of $38 at three different venues between Mar 4 to 31 to complete the tile game on the app and win a plushie.
Timezone will also be spreading happiness to the hearing-impaired community with its first Happiness Party, organised in partnership with The Singapore Association for the Deaf. Happening on Mar 20 from 5pm, this event aims to provide a warm and inclusive environment for members of the community.
