Hosted by local hip hop artist Masia One, this meet and greet will see Japanese reggae legend Papa U-Gee playing a special acoustic set accompanied by members of local reggae band The Ireitones (plus a live interview with Masia One).

CHIJMES The Artisans & Craftsmen Market

The CHIJMES Artisans & Craftsmen Market is a celebration of local food, drinks and produce co-organized by local F&B curator Crateful and craft house The General Company. There will be over 30 local participating brands as well as craft workshops throughout the weekend.  

The Sus Sessions Vol.4 Featuring Saigenji

Local soul and hip hop band L.A.B will be opening for Japanese fusion guitarist Saijengi in his cross genre set which includes everything from bebop to J-pop. They will be supported by a DJ set from Kaye.

Verses #5

Verses, held monthly at Working Title, is a platform for new singer-songwriters to play their original music. This latest iteration will feature Japanese folk/pop musician Rei fu, and local newcomer Sol Frio. Heavily inspired by singer Karen Carpenter, Rei fu is trying to venture out of Japan to reach wider audiences in Singapore. 

The Sounds of Light

Headlined by instrumental post rock band Ovum from Japan, this shoegaze and ambient gig will also feature local acts Astreal, ANECHOIS, Stellarium, Arajua and Yata. Post-prog band ANECHOIS is currently recording a new album so you may be the first to hear some fresh new tracks.

Chiodos

American post-hardcore band Chiodos are exploring new creative directions with their latest album, Devil. Original front-man Craig Owens returns to the line-up together with drummer Derrick Frost playing new material as well as some back catalog fan favorites.
