Heads up vegetarians, free meals coming your way tomorrow

Vegetarians of Singapore; we hear you. And so does Quorn, the leading meat-free brand from the UK. A month after their launch in Singapore, Quorn is operating a three-day food truck, to bring free, meat-free lunches to the public at key stops around the island.

Before you balk, Quorn isn’t just for those who eat strictly vegetables. The brand, which has successfully delivered over three billion meals worldwide, focuses simply on nutritious food that’s high in protein and fiber and low in saturated fat. And while there’s no actual meat used in the frozen products, the food still has the taste, appearance and texture of it—which is probably what makes it the ideal meal for converting vegetarians.

From Nov 14-16, look out for the Quorn Food Truck at Buona Vista, Collyer Quay and 100 AM Mall. Starting from 11:30am, the truck will be dishing out delicacies by celebrity chef Sam Leong, which include the Kung Pao Burger and Quorn nuggets with salted egg yolk dip.
