Singapore’s top ticketing services provider has launched the free Sistic Mobile App, which allows mobile users access to event descriptions, promotions, as well as ticket prices and purchase.
The location-based app also provides walking and driving directions to the event venue and nearest Sistic counter, and is available from both the App Store and Google Play.
The current phase of the Sistic Mobile App has been developed exclusively for MasterCard cardholders, who can now purchase tickets using the app to enjoy special benefits. Right now, about 80% of Sistic’s events are for sale via the app.
Plans for the future of the Sistic Mobile App includes the Sistic M-ticket option, which ensures an entirely paperless ticketing experience (including event entry), and location-based marketing content, so that event organizers and venues can display their promotions for food, drink and other products relevant to show-going patrons.
