Beer lovers here have more reason to cheer about as Asia Pacific Breweries launches it’s new brew, Tiger Crystal.
Using the finest hops from Americas; high quality malted barley and yeast from Europe, Tiger Crystal is created using the ‘Cold Suspension’ technique. That basically filters the brew at a cold temperature of -1°C, preserving only the most desired flavours and rich aromas for Tiger Crystal. This results in a refreshingly crisp beer with an alcohol level of 4.3% by volume, yet it retains the same robust flavour of a full-bodied brew, providing a smooth and velvety palate, followed by a clean aftertaste.
Tiger Crystal is only currently available in 330ml bottles and to mark the launch, beer fans have the chance to sample the new brew at sampling bars located at Clarke Quay Fountain (Dec 20-27), Read Bridge (Dec 20-Jan 1) and Wisma Atria (Dec 28-Jan 17).
