An exciting, contemporary concept introduced by the BreadTalk Group, Butter Bean is a vibrant café that’s been giving our traditional breakfast of eggs and toast a run for its money. With a fresh menu of reimagined local favourites – all of which were designed to suit the palate of the younger crowd – the café proudly celebrates their second birthday this month, dropping new irresistible croissant sandwiches as part of their celebrations.
Reach for the Mt Kaya Croissant, which features a luscious pandan kaya custard and slabs of creamy butter at its core. There’s also a Milo Dino Croissant, which is sure to be a hot favourite with its hazelnut chocolate cream, drizzles of condensed milk, and fragrant milo powder sprinkle.
For fans of more classic flavours, there’s even the PB Croissant that comes with a peanut butter spread and crunchy roasted peanuts. Savoury items on the new menu include tantalising choices of Chicken Ham and Cheese, as well as an Omu Cheese croissant sandwich.
And that’s not all – the brand is also launching its rendition of the classic Mee Rebus: the B.F.F Mee Rebus, now topped with Butter Bean’s signature battered fish fillet and crispy batter bits, alongside the quintessential ensemble of fried bean curd, hard-boiled eggs, and bean sprouts.
