Indulge in an extravagant experience featuring their biggest buffet selection yet, with free-flow champagne, wines, and even a DIY cocktail bar

Everybody loves brunch – in urban Singapore, having brunch is almost always associated with moments of leisurely indulgence, when we enjoy ourselves with important people and place the hustle of city living aside for a while.

Taking this beloved concept up a notch is Estate, Hilton Singapore Orchard’s all-day dining restaurant, with their Grand Sunday Champagne Brunch Buffet.

Featuring a mouth-watering array of epicurean delights inspired by flavours from around the world on top of classic brunch favourites and premium ingredients of the freshest quality, this indulgent buffet redefines Sunday brunch affairs with free-flow servings of champagne and wine varieties.

There’s also a DIY cocktail bar for diners who wish to sip on classic concoctions made to their own preferences.

The Grand Sunday Champagne Brunch Buffet is Estate’s biggest buffet selection yet. Their stellar buffet line-up includes perennial stars like the Classic Beef Wellington with black truffle sauce and Maine Lobster Thermidor with brandy cream sauce.

On seafood, find fresh offerings of Salmon Sashimi, Tiger Prawns, Snow Crabs, Scallops, and an unlimited supply of freshly shucked Canadian, Irish, and Fine de Claire oysters.

For aficionados and gourmands, they present a selection of 32 types of cheeses, including premium varieties like 16-month Comté, Tomme de Savoie Fermière, Roquefort, Bleu d'Auvergne, and even soft, hard, and blue cheeses from Janier, an acclaimed French purveyor of fine cheese.

Accompany that with your own platter from a cold cut section that features the finest smoked and cured charcuterie and fishes, from prosciutto di Parma and Iberico ham, to Salmon gravlax and smoked Snowfish, alongside a decadent 25kg Mortadella ham sliced à la minute.

Other exquisite delicacies to discover along this expansive showcase include Estate’s signature Black Truffle Roasted Duck, homemade Pâté en Croûte, Foie Gras, and Scallop terrines, Pan-fried Foie Gras with apple and passionfruit compote, and Whole Wagyu Prime Rib with Yorkshire pudding and bordelaise sauce.

End off the opulent experience with Estate’s charming desserts in jars, with Brunch-exclusive flavours like Pistachio Paris-Brest, Exotic Tea Roll, and Lychee Rose Cake, or indulge in pretty treats like their Triple Fermented Chocolate Cake, before rekindling your favourite childhood moments with personalised cotton candy from the Cotton Candy Station.
