Do use the five authorised booking platforms available

With all Singaporeans aged 18 and above receiving $100 worth of digital vouchers, go ahead and collect these via SingPass from Dec 1 onwards. Offered in denominations of $10, redeem them from the five authorised booking platforms. They include: Changi Recommends, GlobalTix, Klook, Traveloka and Trip.com. There are also physical counters and touchpoints islandwide, including at community centres, for ease of redemption.

Do have your SingPass ready for easy redemptions

In order to seamlessly redeem your $100, setting up a SingPass account is vital. Eligible activities or products will be marked with the SingapoRediscovers vouchers logo on the websites, and users can simply add the items to cart and select the “use SingapoRediscovers vouchers” option upon checkout. Then, log in with your SingPass account and choose the amount of SingapoRediscovers vouchers to use when prompted.

Do go for staycations

Thankfully, there are now over 200 hotels, attraction sites and local tour itineraries approved by our trusted Singapore Tourism Board, so the options are pretty much endless. Fancy a staycation at a unique, boutique hotel? Just book a room. Prefer a more luxurious option? Why not, you deserve it.

Do enjoy local tours islandwide

Feel free to put on your walking shoes and take leisurely strolls around Singapore to discover heritage sites or lesser-known locations. These 5 local tours available on Klook are bound to tickle your fancy.

Do visit attraction sites

If you haven’t been to the zoo in the longest time, or would love to go on a date at the Night Safari, simply use your vouchers to get tickets to these amazing attractions in Singapore. Universal Studios Singapore as well as Gardens by the Bay are great choices to consider too.

Don’t stack your vouchers

It has been confirmed that the $100 vouchers provided are not allowed to be stacked or combined with those of another individual in order to buy the same product. So that’s a strict no-no to take note.

Don’t sell your vouchers

Fraud and reselling of vouchers will not be tolerated either. Failure to comply may result in serious repercussions, so that’s another no on selling away your Singapoliday entitlements.

Don’t use your vouchers at F&B outlets

Since F&B outlets are not participating in the SingapoRediscovers vouchers campaign, don’t try to harass the wait staff at restaurants or cafes to utilise your vouchers in exchange for meals. Just put them to good use by going on tours, exploring local attractions and more.

Finally, all vouchers distributed are to be used by Jun 2021. More information on the SingapoRediscovers vouchers can be found here.
