If you’re looking to hone your photography skills or just itching to find the backdrop for a photogenic profile photo, here are some of the most Instagram-worthy spots in Singapore.

1. Coney Island Park

 
How to get there: From Punggol interchange, take bus 84 to Punggol Point Park/Punggol Settlement. Walk east along the Punggol Promenade Nature Walk to get to Coney Island West Entrance.

How to get there: Buses 61, 97, 100, or 166 from HarbourFront MRT will take you to opposite Gillman Heights, right next to Hort Park.

3. Singapore Botanic Gardens

How to get there: The Botanic Gardens MRT Station will bring you to the Bukit Timah Gate of Botanic Gardens.

4. MacRitchie Reservoir

 
How to get there: From Botanic Gardens MRT station, walk to the S’pore Bible College bus stop, take bus 74 and get off at “Aft SICC” bus stop. From there, it takes about 17 minutes to walk in to MacRitchie Reservoir.

How to get there: From MacRitchie Reservoir, you can follow the signboards pointing to the TreeTop Walk and follow through the walking path when on the golf course. You will eventually reach the Ranger Station where you can hike up to reach the TreeTop Walk.

6. Fort Canning Park

How to get there: By MRT, get off at Dhoby Ghaut station and exit towards Park Mall. It is about a 10-minute walk to get to Fort Canning Park.

9. East Coast Park

 
How to get there: Take bus 197 from Bedok Bus Interchange, outside Bedok MRT, and stop along Marine Parade Road. Go south to an underpass, which will take you into the park. On weekends only, bus 401 from Bedok  takes you directly to East Coast Park. 

10. Bukit Timah Nature Reserve

How to get there: From Clementi station, take bus 173 or bus 184. Get off opposite the Bukit Timah Shopping Center and Beauty World Center. From there it’s approximately a 10-minute walk along Hindhede Drive to the Visitor Center.

How to get there: Take bus 403 from Pasir Ris Bus Interchange and get off at the stop after Pasir Ris Way.

How to get there: Take a bumboat from Changi Jetty, followed by a van from Ubin jetty. At the drop-off point, it’s a 3-minute walk to Chek Jawa shore.

How to get there: If you want to get to Changi Beach Park, get off at Tanah Merah MRT Station. After going through exit B, take bus 9 and get off at “Bef Changi Beach CP 3” bus stop.
