There will soon be free WiFi at all MRT stations, LRT stations and bus terminals

Internet addicts, rejoice; you will now be able to enjoy free WiFi at all MRT, LRT stations as well as bus terminals by 2020, according to Today. Now you can stalk people on Facebook keep up with the world while on the go.

There are already currently 33 MRT stations equipped with WiFi, including Buangkok and Kovan on the North-East Line, as well as Khatib and Choa Chu Kang on the North-South Line. Look out for the posters and decals that will inform you how to connect. 90 more MRT stations and 43 more LRT stations will also be connected, which means we’ll always be plugged into work (oh joy) in the future.

While it’s helpful to send out that emergency work email, we’re thinking that most of us will use it to look at cat pictures or food porn.
