The SFF’s first physical instalment since the pandemic hit, their exciting Festival Village occupies the Bayfront Event Space, featuring 25 culinary and beverage brands, serving up Singapore’s most iconic flavours with innovative twists.
If you’re a fan of traditional wanton mee, you absolutely have to try the rich flavours of Wang Ji Wanton Mee by former MasterChef Singapore finalist Aaron Wong and local artiste Thomas Ong.
Look out for Jelebu Dry Laksa’s signature dish, now elevated with Boston lobster and tiger prawns, The Goodburger’s SFF-exclusive plant-based Golden Chilli Crab Burger, and delicious collaborations that include a silky prawn bisque with shrimps, mussels, and clams, complemented by a ngoh hiang platter courtesy of newly-minted Michelin Bib Gourmand recipient One Prawn & Co and Hock Lian Huat, and irresistible cuts from The Masses x iKO.
This year’s SFF also caters to those who prefer culinary adventures from the comfort of home. Mark your calendars for live masterclasses (they’re free!), conducted by renowned chefs the likes of Cloudstreet’s Maira Yeo, as they take to the virtual stage to host cook-along opportunities.
