Take a peek inside the very first Lyf, the largest coliving hotel in Singapore

Ascott’s coliving brand Lyf has been teasing us for awhile now. From their pop-up at Singapore Management University to their various event activations, we’ve been snacking on morsels of what a large coliving property would look like here.

Now, the wait is over. Lyf Funan Singapore—housing 412 rooms across 279 apartments—is open for business and boy, is it one good looker. It ain’t just about looks either. Directly connected to the renewed Funan mall, guests get direct access to things like a cinema, gym, theatre, rock climbing wall and supermarket, plus more retail and dining options than we can count. The property itself also boasts many shared social spaces, allowing maximum interaction and mingling with fellow guests and staff (called Lyf guards).

Before you check in for your next staycation, check out what’s in store for you in the gallery below.
