18 HDB flats that will feed your need for old school nostalgia

The HDB flats at Rochor centre may be gone soon to make way for the North-South Expressway, and we’re honestly quite torn up about this because it’s one of the city’s most iconic structures. But our very own HDB flats are pretty cool, too, especially those in the heartland estates. Here are our faves.
