It’s old news that host, celebrity chef and all around bad boy Anthony Bourdain is launching a 15,000 sq ft international food market in the Chelsea district of New York soon, and it will offer some Singapore signatures such as Geylang claypot rice. While the full details are still under wraps, his people just launched an Instagram page a few weeks ago, where they’re posting all the delicious Asian food they’ve been scouting so far. Here’s what they’ve been eating in Singapore. Fingers crossed for a stateside debut for these hawker gems.
