Each of these also present us with two different menus that cater to different occasions and gathering size.

Coming together, both chefs not only replaced pork elements with beef, chicken ham, and seafood, they’ve also created their own sauces – going so far as to tweak SBCD Korean Tofu House’s very own 10-ingredient secret recipe soup paste – so as to present a halal spread that’s delicious and still tastes essentially Korean.
Perfect for corporate events and office gatherings, the Daebak Korean Buffet Spread caters for at least 25 to 30 pax, featuring perennial crowd favourites like Banchan (the Koreans’ iconic side dishes), Bulgogi, Gyoza, and Korean fried chicken.
