See the nation through the lens of the new Apple smartphone

The iPhone 8 Plus camera could be the biggest reason to get the new iPhone.

While the dual camera’s resolution hasn’t changed, the sensor size is bigger and pixels are deeper, which means the new iPhone 8 Plus takes Apple signature photos even better - Think vibrant colours and improved details, and faster focusing under poor lighting. Portrait mode’s edge blurring around subjects is much better, and there’s the new Portrait Lighting, while already looking great, will be improved further once it leaves beta.

But if you’re really curious about the photo quality of the iPhone 8 Plus, have a look at these photos shot by Singapore photographers Aik Beng Chia (@aikbengchia who also shot the above image), Yafiq Yusman (@_yafiqyusman_), Melissa Patrice (@girleatworld), Yudhi Aristan (@aristan89), Edwin Koo (@singaporeson) in and around the city and see for yourself.
