Carnivores will be pleased to know that from May 15-Jul 9, mezza9’s executive sous chef Simon Ruf will be featuring a menu centered on Argentine grass-fed Hereford beef. It’s hard to find Middle Eastern cuisine in Singapore; so that’s where Anar comes in.

They offer a range of delectable cakes including bebe poire caramel crumble, smooth caramel mousse with caramelized baby pears topped with crumble, macaron framboise et litchi and durian gateau, a durian mousse cake crowned with durian puffs.
