A nine-day food festival from Singapore’s top hotels is coming in November

It’s only October, and yet the holiday season revelry is already underway. Hotel operator AccorHotels wants to put everyone in the festive mood with a massive nine-day food festival involving all 40 restaurants and bars in its Singapore portfolio. From Nov 4-12, the inaugural AccorHotels Singapore Food & Wine Festival will take guests through some of the group’s leading culinary talent. Sample dishes from the likes of Michelin-star chef Kirk Westaway of Jaan and Raffles legend Amos Ting, or from any of the 100 other chefs involved.

AccorHotels’ extensive hotel-restaurant network includes some of the island’s gastronomic best—Sofitel Singapore City Centre, Swissotel The Stamford and Fairmont Singapore are just some of the esteemed hotels taking part in the festival. Unlike a typical food fest, this one is an in-hotel celebration that takes place within the various properties. As an attendee, you’ll be given a Foodie Passport to collect stamps every time you order from one of the participating restaurants and bars. Collect enough and you stand to win trips to exclusive destinations within the global AccorHotels network.

Festival highlights also include access to pool parties across several hotels, masterclasses on baking and cocktail making, live entertainment and more. A Super Sunday brunch at Sofitel Singapore Sentosa Resort & Spa will close the entire event, and bring together all the restaurants and bars to showcase their signature offerings in one place—assuming you still have room for it by then.

Prices and a detailed lineup will be released in time, but for now, more information here.
