Beloved CBD restaurant The Black Swan just launched a gorgeous outdoor garden

The CBD has no shortage of outdoor spaces and rooftops for after-work drinks, but we’re especially excited that our old favorite The Black Swan has just launched a beautiful outdoor patio beside their already ever-packed, Gatsby-esque restaurant and bar.

The tree-laden space seats about 100 people, and is all about hardwood decks, old school street lamps, climbing vines and a clay walkway. To go with all this prettiness, they have some new drink deals. From 5-8pm on weekdays, there are $9 house pours, house wines and selected beers, along with their usual oysters ($2 each). 

The new bar snacks menu here features stuff like chicken lollipops ($18), barramundi fish and chips ($26) and housemade pastrami sandwiches ($16). If you’re extra ravenous, then you can always try the 1824 Flank Steak ($48), pure Black Angus prime rib steak ($158), or the Kobe wagyu striploin ($65).
