Foodpanda is throwing a free party to celebrate turning pink

If you’re an ardent believer of having your food come to you and not vice versa, you might have realized by now that local food delivery service Foodpanda has changed their look. Gone are the bright orange delivery carriers and slightly stoned-looking panda face; your food now arrives in a shocking pink bag with a more jovial mascot (that somehow looks like he got less sleep than his predecessor).

Still, a glo-up is a glo-up. To celebrate their new look, Foodpanda is throwing a big bash for all to attend, no entry charge required. On Nov 16 at Hopheads bar, the First Bite Pop Up will bring together some of Singapore’s best chefs and F&B brands—namely Guzman Y Gomez, Pizza Express, Kinara and Wing Zone for the bites. Krispy Kreme will deliver the sweets and Monkey Shoulder will bring the booze, in the form of bespoke craft cocktails.

But this isn’t just any ordinary pop-up; the company seeks to make the event an all-immersive treat for the senses. Look forward to exciting visual displays, a scent laboratory to mess with your taste buds, and even a sound booth and music pairings from Logitech—all to complement (or disrupt) your sense of taste on the day. Just sign up here.

The First Bite Pop Up is happening Nov 16, 5.30-9pm, at Hopheads, 178 Clemenceau Ave.
