Switch up your typical brunch Sunday with a pre-meal workout at this yoga-and-brunch session at Gillman Barracks. Lead by the founder of Outta Hatha pop-up yoga collective, Ling, you can expect a deep core work out with challenging balance poses, and reward yourself after with some scrumptious bakery grub from the folks at Red Baron.
