The real super-wealthy Crazy Rich Asians are back to bring us some Kardashian-level drama in the second outing of Netflix’s Bling Empire. Fans can once again expect over-the-top parties, impeccable outfits, glamorous escapades, and major drama, along with the addition of two new cast members – all on a whole new level of crazy than before. Cyber Hell: Exposing an Internet Horror
This chilling true crime documentary uncovers the Nth Room atrocities that shocked the whole of South Korea and well beyond. Anonymous and exploitative, a network of online chat rooms on Telegram ran rampant with sex crimes involving blackmails, the spread of sexually exploitative videos targeting teens and minors, and illegal transactions using cryptocurrency to purchase said materials. Through interviews with 24 reporters, producers, and police officers who faced the case heads-on, this documentary lets you in on one of the most devastating digital crimes that gripped the region. Master of My Own
The evergreen “alpha CEO meets spunky rookie secretary” trope is one that, albeit a little cliché, still keeps us squealing on our couches with each episode, and Master of My Own promises just that. In this lighthearted office romance, we meet Ning Meng who is more than determined to move up the corporate ladder fast, to reach her pinnacle of success. Enter Lu Jiming, her domineering boss who doubts she has what it takes to achieve as much. Obi-Wan Kenobi
Ewan McGregor and Hayden Christensen reprise their iconic roles as Obi-Wan and Darth Vader for this special series staged 10 years after the events of Star Wars: Revenge of the Sith. In this exclusive 6-episode series, the former Jedi Master struggles to contend with the consequences of his greatest defeat – the downfall and corruption of his once-best friend and apprentice, Anakin Skywalker, who turned to the dark side as evil Sith Lord Darth Vader. South Korea’s forever icon Lee Hyo-ri whisks away to Seoul city for an adventure of scenic cityscapes, urban nibbles and tipples, and soulful conversations. Headlined by multi-award-winning actor Chanon Santinatornkul, this coming-of-age drama-cum-musical chronicles the stories of a group of millennials from different walks of life. A remake of hit American rom-com Jane the Virgin, Woori the Virgin follows Oh Woo Ri, a religious model child who preaches the importance of premarital chastity to no end. Things take an unexpected turn when she winds up pregnant after an accidental artificial insemination during a medical exam. With the father of the child being a second-generation chaebol, Woori faces a daunting pregnancy without consent or choice. Starring Im Soo-hyang, Sung Hoon, and Shin Dong-wook.
