And knowing exactly that, local arthouse cinema The Projector has kicked off its Women Make Film programme once again this March, an all-year-round series that celebrates women at its theatres and online at The Projector Plus.

From now till the end of the year, audiences will be able to catch an entire slew of films specially curated to showcase women filmmakers and voices.
