The folks at Chocolate Research Facility (#02-10 Wheelock Place, 501 Orchard Rd., 6235-8595) have been busy conducting some serious R&D in time for autumn and winter. The happy result is 10 dessert-inspired flavors including honeydew and sago, sticky date pudding and Peach Melba. There’s even lychee sorbet, a white chocolate creation that features fizzy pop rocks. At $12 a bar, grab a handful of dessert chocolate on the go.
