Your favorite $10 craft beer bar has opened a second outlet in Robertson Quay

Happy Hour at Robertson Quay just got a whole lot more permanent—craft beer bar Tap is opening its second outlet in the riverside district, and bringing its famously priced pints to thirsty drinkers there.

Already in its soft launch since Nov 2017, the new outlet opens officially Jan 20. It’s a long time coming, given the bar’s success since its debut at Capitol Piazza in 2015. Here, a much larger space made up of an indoor and (dog-friendly) outdoor alfresco area seats anywhere from 100 to 200. Most importantly, fans of the brand will be pleased to know that the 20 rotating beers on tap will join the Robertson Quay outlet, as well as Tap’s one-price-fits-all policy of $10 pints and wines. We might be biased, but kicking back every day of the week with $10 craft beers from international breweries sounds like a good routine to get into.

On top of that, the Robertson Quay outlet features a weekend brunch menu including breakfast sandwiches and teas. The regular menu will also see sinful additions like Drunk Bacon (beer-battered bacon served with house-made Sichuan ketchup), Fried Chicken Sandwich, Stout Caramel Ice Cream Sundae, and the Tap Milkshake—in case you need something to wash down all that beer.

Granted, the Quayside area is already packed with quality dining establishments; but we’ll never say no to all-day Happy Hours. Best of all: even down in the new space, Thursday’s free-flow spam fries are alive and well.
