DRINK
It’s the final one in a month-long series of four guest bartender shifts at Nutmeg & Clove, and it’s gonna be none other than Martina Breznanova from London’s The Gibson at the helm. With her making you a mean martini, you can be sure you’re going to have a good time. Jul 30 

TALK
In conjunction with Pink Fest, Hotel G is collaborating with Prout for G Talk Singapore: Queer Loneliness: Why do we not talk about it. Be a part of a revolutionary conversation on one of the most prevalent issues among the LGBTQ+ community: mental health. Expect a mind-opening evening with panel representatives from from Sayoni, Your Head Lah! and Heart Knocks Counselling. Immerse yourself in all-things Peranakan at The Peranakan Festival, where cultural talks, a literary showcase and, of course, plenty of Nyonya dishes entice you to learn and indulge in the amazing culture of the Straits Chinese community. Through Jul 31

Open-air cinema Films At The Fort is back for a whole series of screenings at Fort Canning Green. Open up a bottle of vino, grab some nosh, and get ready for a moonlit evening filled with thrills, drama and romance. Aug 1-18

PARTY
The Council is throwing their very first Safari Rave at pop-up natural wine bar Drunken Farmer, where the night is bound to be wild and free. We’ll see you on the dance floor. Aug 2  

ART/FILM
Later—part live performance, part film screening and part installation art, is taking place at Kult Gallery. Get to enjoy this visual and sonic showcase on the house (donations welcome) while having a few tipples from a pop-up bar within the gallery space. Aug 2-3

Three of our favourite MasterChef Singapore contestants—Gen Lee, Aaron Wong and Zander Ng—are teaming up with head chef Miller Mai of Ding Dong to bring us a nostalgic dinner treat, Home, Truly. Taste reimagined versions of dishes we grew up with, like otah, kueh pie tee, durian and more. Aug 2-3  

THEATRE
Catch works surrounding the theme of poverty at the annual M1 Peer Pleasure Youth Theatre Festival. Various plays, a masterclass and even an experiential workshop on poverty awaits, so spend your dollars wisely (on tickets) and gain a deeper understanding on this important societal issue. Through Aug 4 

FOOD/FESTIVAL
The Sentosa GrillFest is here to set your weekends ablaze. Like past editions, expect plenty of BBQ eats and activities happening by the beach. DJ, musician, designer, teacher Ginette Chittick is throwing her first solo exhibition, showcasing a tapestry of works using handspun yarn, wood and acrylic. The result?
