Ground Zero’s second studio offers a luxe gym experience and a new workout class

After over two years at Carpenter Street, local boutique gym Ground Zero has expanded, opening its second and latest branch at China Square Central. And along with the new locale is a new workout class, which will, like all the famed gym studio’s classes, show you zero mercy (pun intended).

Resistance is their latest HIIT circuit training concept that comes in four variations. There’s Build, Power, Endurance and Showdown, each optimised to target different muscle groups. It’ll be held in the sparkling new space, along with the gym’s signature spin class, Ride. Meanwhile, Rumble (HIIT boxing) will continue to be conducted at Carpenter Street.

If you haven’t already seen the pictures (on their Instagram), the new space looks fantastic. Not only is the Cross Street location three times larger than the original studio, it also offers six shower stalls (GZ Carpenter Street only has three) and a wider vanity which comes with Dyson hair dryers for that luxe, post-class pamper sesh. Additionally, the new Ride room accommodates a whopping 40 riders, with 40 high-quality stationary bikes.

As with all openings and launches, GZ is currently offering promotional rates for their new branch that’ll slash prices of packages and classes by a quarter, valid for purchase till Dec 1.

FYI, Ground Zero isn’t the only gym expanding locally. Just about a month ago, Thailand-hailing spin and pilates studio Absolute You opened its third outlet in Singapore at Millenia Walk. Now, you won’t have any excuses to avoid heading into 2020 with a solid gym routine and a hot bod.

Ground Zero’s new studio is located at #B1-120 18 Cross St., Singapore 048423.
