Enjoy the unique, cattle-inspired decor at one of W Hotel's restaurants as you tuck into an international spread featuring aromatic tandoori dishes, grilled meats and dim sum ($108). A free-flow bubbly and wine option is available for the merrymakers ($148).

Enjoy a splendid Sunday afternoon at The Knolls with their hearty Mediterranean brunch ($148 free-flow wine & beer; $168 additional free-flow champagne). Dig in to barbecued seafood and meat freshly cooked on the spot, or select from their extensive buffet line, which includes features salad and tapas.

The Orient-inspired restaurant that opened its doors earlier this year is now offering a weekend brunch menu serving a mix of Asian and Western delights such as Vietnamese beef pho ($14) and a classic, full English breakfast ($22). They've also got a Boozy Freeflow special for $40.  

Order any dish off the menu including grilled Wagyu sirloin, foie gras with a green curry reduction and tom yum martini at the restaurant's Thai-mless Sunday brunch ($60). Pay $120 and enjoy free flow AIX Rose, beer or (selected) cocktails.

The city's highest brewery boasts hearty mains such as the all-day breakfast ($25; consists of fried egg, butcher's sausages, crisp bacon and forest mushroom) and oven-baked egg and potato rosti with crisp prosciutto ($24.50).  

The weekend dim sum brunch ($98, or $158 with a free flow of Champagne) at Yan Ting is a quiet, classy event with excellent Cantonese cuisine and an 80 item-strong brunch menu. Besides dim sum, there’s Cointreau glazed-pork ribs and prawns sautéed with XO sauce.

Poolside dining spot The Waterfall at Shangri-La recently introduced a revitalized (and really rather nice) Sunday food offering, simply called, The Brunch. Expect unlimited appetizers, seafood on ice (including four varieties of oysters), a meat carving station and Mediterranean-inspired buffet, as well plenty of dainty desserts. Our favorite though is the croissant-waffle hybrid, a.k.a. the croffle. It’s $118 for brunch only, $158 if you’re in the mood for Taittinger Champagne, herb-inspired cocktails and wine, and $198 if you want the really premium drinks. 

Brunch on options like the gargantuan Mexican Breakfast, a thick chicken and egg quesadilla with fresh guacamole ($25) and hot cinnamon donuts with Nutella fondue ($14) at this slick seaside venue.

Crispy duck egg on a bed of watercress, pancetta, and pearl barley ($19) as well as more conventional mains like eggs Florentine ($18) make their way onto the brunch menu at this hip restaurant and bar helmed by Le Cordon Bleu-trained chef Abby Lim.

Sample dishes like Cajun Prawns Benny ($25)—a toasted everything bagel with poached eggs and hot sauce—plus sweets like banana hotcakes ($14) in lush green surrounds.
