An awesome deal at $49.90++ for an a la carte buffet of cold—try the creamy St Helens oysters or fresh cucumber-y gazpacho—and hot tapas (like their killer spicy pan-fried calamari or briny noodle paella with squid ink), this meal’s been christened the “Hangover Brunch”. There’s no better cure than hair of the dog and this feast comes with free-flow cava as well as red and white sangria.

Chef-owners Bertrand Raguin and Philippe Nouzillat put of some fine French crepes for brunch—made with buckwheat flour, with fillings like ham, egg and cheese ($11)—plus, other eggy classics like oeuf cocotte ($12) or croque madame ($16).

For a blowout brunch, fancy schmancy hotel buffets can’t be beat. This new one at Parkroyal at Pickering’s on-site restaurant is lovely. In an airy light filled dining room, swig Piper-Heidsieck Champagne while digging into moreish mushroom risotto (made a la minute), fiery Thai salads and house made gravlax. The servers come round with hot pizza too, offering up hot cheesy slices at 30 minute intervals.

This brunch buffet includes an antipasti spread (think beef tenderloin carpaccio, caprese salad and oysters), plus a pasta station with options like penne with seafood cream sauce, as well as a cheese station and plenty of dessert, including white chocolate mousse, profiteroles and tiramisu.

The new brunch menu crafted by head chef Benjamin Tan doesn't disappoint. Chow down on a wagyu quarter pounder with sauteed mushrooms ($28), a maine lobster and cheese omelette ($38), or simply drop by for some raisin bread and butter pudding ($16).

Pair a hearty Italian meal which includes dishes such as lobster squid ink linguine and duck confit with free-flow Prosecco and Rose Prosecco at Senso's Sunday brunch ($98; or $118 with free-flow Ca' del Bosco Franciacorta sparkling wine, Italian wines and beers).

Enjoy a delicious sweet and savory breakfast of pain au chocolat, french toasts, or brioche with nutella & speculoos, as well as eggs perfected to your liking, at this French bistro's weekend "Parisien" brunch ($29 with free flow croissants). Patrons can also enjoy bubbly champagne at $10 a glass, or $55 a bottle, for brunch.

Weak appetites and alcohol abstainers should probably give this mega-brunch a miss. For $158++, you get four(!) hours of boozy fun with free flow of Veuve Clicquot, wine, beer and cocktails (try the sugar cane martini!), and a vast international buffet with multiple stations cooking dishes a la minute. Highlights include suckling pig, duck confit ravioli, an amazing raclette (actually, the entire cheese board is amazing) and the always-popular lobster and oyster station.

The eight-course Japanese weekend brunch menu includes items like assorted sashimi, tempura, cod fish with teriyaki sauce, teppanyaki (your choice of beef, pork, chicken or seafood) and matcha ice-cream ($60++). Add $60 and you also get free flow beer, wine and sake.
