Container market Artbox Singapore returns this November with a garden theme

After two editions of Artbox Singapore, we believe organisers Invade now know how to properly throw a market that can accomodate massive crowds. Perhaps that’s why they’re holding it at the Singapore Turf Club (at The Grounds@Kranji) for the first time, a much bigger space than their usual Marina Bay locale.

Artbox Singapore 2019 will be the third and biggest yet, being held across two weekends (Nov 15-17, 22-24) on a 200,000 sq ft space that also hosted the very first Shilin Singapore night market earlier this year, which was organised by Invade too.

Not much is known about the vendors setting up shop at this year’s Artbox yet, but for the very first time, the container market will be taking on a Garden of Eden theme, plus artists and musicians from Malaysia and Thailand will be coming down to perform.

Expect plenty of variety, with over 300 vendors from Singapore and overseas descending upon the massive open grounds decked in plenty of overhanging fairy lights, resulting in an eclectic blend of crafts, food, music and many other things housed within retrofitted containers. Mark your calendars, people.

Artbox Singapore 2019: Eden will take place Nov 15-17, 22-24, 3-11pm at The Grounds@Kranji. Admission is free.
